Creative Coach/Teacher/Facilitator

Life is an art piece. An adventure and a journey. It can be experienced with great joy, wonder, beauty, peace and creativity. I am here to be a mirror of your light and grace. I am here to create spaces and experiences for us to explore, discover and learn skills that will strengthen the magic and uniqueness within us as well as building a connection and appreciation for the world around us.

 

FEELING SEEN, FEELING HEARD, FEELING APPRECIATED and FEELING SAFE 

to freely be, express ideas, needs, fears and wishes is transformative and healing.

Finding our place in the world and the true expression of ourselves is one of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves and others, and doing this helps us find balance and peace within ourselves.

Learning how to find our place and our authenticity through play, love and compassion, is possible and it is fun!


ART
Art has always  been a powerful tool for creation, expression and transformation through human history. Research has proven that art is one of the potent forms of therapy. Art allows us to connect our creative minds to our bodies, to our feelings and to our deep intuition in order to cease patterns of overthinking and subvert the gates of rationality that often keep us entrenched in unproductive and often unhealthy life long habits. It helps us open up, release, transform, explore and manifest what is inside.
What I use and teach in my sessions: SINGING, VOCAL TECHNIQUE, THE WORLD OF SOUNDS, ARTS AND CRAFTS, PERFORMANCE ART, VISUAL ART, ART INSTALLATIONS, BODY PAINT, MOVEMENT/DANCE
The art projects and music that I have as part of the program are meant to support the students needs, talents and inner universe, as well as supporting the idea of our lives and ourselves as the art piece.


Mindfulness
Breathing, meditation, stillness, awareness, compassion and being present.
Art and mindfulness have a long history together.
Amazing musicians and artists of all kinds apply mindfulness practices to reach high levels of connection and flow. In the beginning and closing of each one of our sessions, and in the process of art making we directly apply and utilize mindfulness practices, main concepts and skills.


NATURE
Our greatest teacher

We will always keep a connection to nature by: 

*Having sessions under a tree or different outdoor locations if weather allows. 

*Always embracing, learning and drawing inspiration from nature in all of our practices.
*Learning how to understand, read and listen to the voice of nature. 

* Welcoming, protecting, befriending and appreciating all the creatures and elements of the environment around us. 

*Mending, recycling, repurposing and trying to create the least amount of waste possible in all of our activities.

*Developing contemplation, observation and curiosity for everything around us.


CREATIVITY
For me, Creativity is magic in slow motion. There was this, and now there is this! Tada!
Creativity is one of the biggest gifts of human kind and it is an incredible power that we all have and can all cultivate. Creativity, empowers us and gives us hope. Creating something shows us that we can shape and transform our lives and the world around us. We can use creativity for many purposes, so I want to encourage my students to use creativity for bringing beauty, love, happiness and wellness to our communities, to ourselves and our lives.


EXPRESSION
An opportunity to share our unique gifts, to inspire and bring color and richness to the dance of life.


-ONE ON ONE or small group sessions working towards a project or performance:
  

With one on one projects and sessions we have the opportunity of applying and learning how to use many valuable tools in real life situations and with a set goal in mind. It shows the students how to integrate and explore the concepts and practices of art, mindfulness and nature on a personal level specific to their lives and being.

Through art making (music, singing and any kind of performance art and visual arts)
and with the goal of a performance, public speaking, art gallery and/or art installation or any other project of the student initiative

We work on:

-Exploring our unique selves (our unique talents and skills and our inner universe)

-Building self confidence, self love, self compassion

-Feeling connection, appreciation, gratitude, love, belonging 

-Teamwork, collaboration, service and community

- Balance, peace, calm, stillness, acceptance

-Applying and integrating mindfulness and wellness practices into our life experiences


* Sessions include recurrent personal sound-baths to activate and strengthen the senses, ground, calm and restore the body and mind.


I tailor each session to each student, their needs, their wants and their unique interests. We will work on the art projects, practices and songs that I have as part of the program as well as anything that the student feels interested in and/or needs extra help with like a project or performance, or any life event that they want to prepare for.

Individual or 2 student session:

  $110 For a 75 min session
(1 hour of practices 15 min of setup and debriefing)
$220 FOR 90 min session
3 hour block: $300
